  • Spring Break

You know 10 days should be just about long enough to do anything, but here I am Saturday at the end of Break, and I can't say I've done anything on my list.  However, what my list didn't include was: an amazing Easter Egg Hunt, taking ThEmbassy on a hike, and hanging out with my grandmother at the hospital.  I couldn't tell you what all happened this week and where exactly the time went, but I have to say that 36hours from my next project deadline, I'm not panicked.  I'm okay with how I've spent my time.

On the other hand if you don't hear from me much for the next 36 hours, don't be surprised. ;)  Even good decisions come with a price.

  • Morning After

Wow, Ace and Alli's wedding was soooo good.  She was a beautiful bride.  Everyone looked so fantastic.  It was a bit surreal, I guess.  The same way it is whenever you pass from one stage or position in life to another in the course of a single ceremony.  In one sense, you are not married/graduated/initiated/changed until that moment, but really you have been gradually moving towards that point and will gradually step into your new role.  We just like to have dates on things.

On a whole other note, I actually danced, yes, me.  Dancing proved to me that I need to get into shape, though.  It shouldn't be that difficult to be active for the length of a song.  But, I guess it would be harder than running even -- it would be like running while failing your arms around and kicking your legs in all kinds of directions..... so not like running at all, I guess.

  • I wouldn't know where to start to catch up on all the little events that have occurred.  So, we'll just skip to today.

Today, I had a beautiful revelation that not everything is about me.  And it was such a good thing to find out.

  • Important Safety Information
A lightsaber is not a toy! Keep it out of reach of children at all times. Lightsaber locks are required in most states.

There are two ends to any lightsaber -- one end has the belt ring, while the other end houses the blade arc tip and blade emitter. NEVER point the blade emitter of a lightsaber toward your own body. NEVER look down the "barrel" of a lightsaber, even if you are "sure" it is in safe mode. If you accidentally activate the lightsaber, serious injury could result.
